Therefore, we guarantee an excellent product at the end of the chain.
The process starts with the acquisition of the raw material, we use steel S 355 MC. The steel is shaped by the profiling machine. Due to the machine technology the roller process is soft enough that it not change negatively the steel properties. As a result, we obtain an omega shape tube. Through-out this process the quality is being checked constantly. Once we had the omega tube, it is inserted in the inlay machine. As the profiling machine, our inlay machine has been built using cutting edge technology with automating welding processes making passible achieve a very high production capacity and continue higher than our quality threshold.
The bushings used to insert them in the tube are manufactured using complex processes which guarantee the highest quality making easier the insertion of the inflation chuck and increasing the quality of the final product.
Finally, the expand bolts are packed and storage in the output warehouse where they are protected from the weather conditions and will be delivered soon.
From each production lot, we test one bolt per one thousand. A random sample is taken to be tested on the quality department. Traction and swollen test are done and the results are saved. We tracked all the orders correlated with the results of the quality testing therefore, if there are any incident our answer’s capacity is quickly and efficient.
